Designed to fit Rotax 9-series engines into Sonex Aircraft cowlings, the ACV-P58 Rotax Prop Hub Spacer is the shortest spool-type spacer available on the market, at 46mm in length. Designed to use Sensenich wood propellers and the SNX-P10-04 Spinner/Crush Plate, the ACV-P58 spacer uses the very-common 4 inch bolt circle pattern shared with many other Rotax-compatible propellers. The ACV-P58-01 Prop Hub Spacer is paired with ACV-P58-02 Stainless Steel Drive Lugs for installation to the Rotax 9-series reduction drive prop flange. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, the ACV-P58-01 spacer features integrated 13mm diameter prop drive lugs and a 47mm diameter prop centering lug, and uses AN5 hardware.

The ACV-P58 Rotax Prop Hub Spacer and Drive Lugs are optionally available with Rotax prop flange attach hardware (Propeller installation hardware is not included and must be measured with your specific propeller for proper bolt length selection).

Used on Sonex Aircraft Rotax ring mounts, the Jabiru Mount Bushing Ring Assembly System is available for builders welding their own custom engine mounts. The system can be used for Rotax PN#886-563 mount rings, small Continental, Lycoming, or other engine mounts requiring a "cup and ring" style rubber shock bushing installation. Using our popular ACV-J01-10 Jabiru Shock Mount rubber bushings, the ACV-P56 Assembly System is a robust, low-cost alternative to expensive Rotax and certified engine shock mounts.

The ACV-P56-03 Jabiru Mount Bushing Ring Assembly is a pre-welded 4130 chromoly steel cup and ring assembly ready to weld-on to your custom engine mount. The machined cup of ACV-P56-03 features a hollow body for maximum weight savings. ACV-P56-03 Weight: 0.33 lbs. each.

ACV-P56-04 Bushings and ACV-P56-05 Washers are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and match the Inside Diameter specification of Rotax bushings and washers for use with either M10 or AN7 bolts.

For use with Rotax 912-series engines and designed to work with Legacy and B-Model Sonex Aircraft Rotax engine mounts, the AeroConversions Rotax Mount System may be suitable for custom bed-mount applications on other experimental aircraft.

The Rotax Mount System includes machined upper and lower mount angles, Barry 22001-13 green/white hard durometer shock mounts, Barry snubbing washers and AN mounting hardware (engine case bolts are not included).
